decent location, but rooms need attention
small roompoor soundproofing
The room was rather small, not ideal with luggage. a constant banging from nearby doors disturbed the peace. soundproofing was a issue. I could hear everything from adjacent rooms. the bathroom also need a update, it feels old.

Check-in was smooth, as it was completed online prior to arrival. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were on the first two floors as requested. This allowed us to easily use the stairs. The bathroom was big and clean.

the staff was helpful with parking. the location is close to many restaurants. i found the location near champ-elysee and arc de triomphe quite convenient.
the bed sheets were not clean. i noticed dirty spots on the pillowcase. i even found a pin on my pillow. the rooms are quite small unless you get a higher category.
